Brief description
With the “Das Tier von hier” [engl.: The animal from here] project, Agrozucht Burkersdorf is breaking new ground in the direct marketing of its beef products. Animals are only slaughtered once the corresponding number of beef packages have been ordered online. This ensures that the entire animal can be sold (“nose to tail” movement).
Regional characteristics
Rural region without industrial centres. Many commuters to the nearest middle and upper centres. Very beautiful landscape, also thanks to the landscape conservation with cattle herds from Agrozucht Burkersdorf.
